You can catch a bus steps from the door, take a 5 minute drive to Hoboken PATH station and only a 10 minute train ride into West Village, getting into NYC in just 15 minutes via public transportation. Only 20 minute drive to lower Manhattan or a 15 minute drive to the American Dream Mall. In walking distance from trending restaurants, coffee shops, and so much more.

•You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.

•In adherence to the city’s noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 10 pm. No loud noise or music past 10pm.

•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.


•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.

•Please do not go past the corn hole game on the roof top (towards the street not the view) as there are pipes and mechanics that are not to be touched.

•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

•No shoes inside the property.

•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

•Checkin time is 4 PM

•Checkout time is 10 AM.

•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)

•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.

•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture

•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)

•No Pets
