Upon arrival, you will have contactless self-check-in and private access to the entire property, excluding certain storage closets.

Parking is available in the garage and driveway, with a limit of two cars on the street.

Other things to note

We kindly ask that you follow our house rules to help us maintain good relationships with our neighbors, which allows us to continue hosting future guests. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect their privacy. Thank you for your understanding.

Pool/Hot Tub Rules & Safety:
– No lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk.
– Life ring is provided for emergency use only
– Adult supervision for children under 18 years old is required when using pool/hot tub
– Hot Tub must be turned OFF after each use and upon check out. Fines incur if found on after check out

$1000 fine will incur if any of the following are violated:
– NO pets
– NO smoking or vaping of any kind or use of illicit substances
– NO parties or events (i.e. bachelor/bachelorette stays)
– NO extra or overnight guests unless specifically discussed with hosts. Additional fees apply.
– QUIET HOURS are 9 PM – 9 AM. ALL outdoor activities are restricted from 9PM to 9AM the next day in order to maintain the neighborhood’s peaceful atmosphere and to respect our neighbors. Any noise complaints from our neighbors can result in early termination of your stay with no refund and the aforementioned fine.

Additional House Rules:
– No mail/package delivery to AirBnB. Please send to local pick up locations
– Park in designated parking areas – 2 spots in garage, 2 spots in driveway and maximum 2 cars on the street

House Maintenance:
– Mondays: Landscaping
– Tuesdays: Trash collection & Pool Maintenance
– Fridays: Pool Maintenance
** Workers will enter via the outside gate and never inside the house.

Release of Liability:
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and withhold your security deposit if these rules are violated.
